The whole process of looking for a new job is not easy, especially if you do not know what to expect after submitting an application to a given company. We want to simplify it as much as possible and that’s why we have prepared this guide on how our recruitment process looks like – step by step.

Step 1 – Application

Step 2 – Call
Our recruiter will always inform you about the results of our activities related to your application. If you are the person, we’re looking for, we will call you in order to arrange a meeting at our office in Warsaw and tell you about the next steps.
Step 3 – Technical test
An important part of our recruitment process will be to check your technical skills. We will ask you to show us what your tech capabilities are. The task you will get from us will be adjusted to your level of experience and skills required for the position you’re applying for. This is the most interesting part of our recruitment. The task is to show you our expectations and what you can expect during the next stage – meeting!
Step 4 – Let’s meet
We want to learn more about you so we will invite you for an interview, during which you will tell us about yourself and we will show you what we do and how the work at Sparkbit looks like. Usually there’s only one-step recruitment process – it means that after our meeting we usually made a decision whether you are the ideal candidate to join our company. The interview is divided into two parts. The first one is just a casual conversation in which we want to get to know each other, and the second part is to check your technical skills. During the second part, you can expect both theoretical and practical questions. There are always tasks to be encoded on the computer. You do not have to come with your own equipment – we will take care of everything. If you cannot come to us, we can divide the conversation into two parts – the first one can be done by means of videoconferencing. If the result is positive, at a convenient time, we will meet face to face in the office to check your technical skills.
Step 5 – Welcome on board!
If you convinced us during the interview and received the offer – Congratulations! Your search has come to an end – you have just found your dream job. Welcome to Sparkbit! It will be an unforgettable time. Our recruiter will give you all the details and help you to organize everything so that work with us will be the dreamed one from the very beginning.
